• Account & profile data: retained while your account is active. If you request deletion, we delete it within a reasonable timeframe.
• Nutrition & fitness inputs: retained while your account is active and removed when your account is deleted.
• Support communications: if you email support, we may retain related messages for up to 24 months to handle follow-ups and improve support quality.
• Security logs: server/app logs may be kept for up to 12 months for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and security.

In some cases, we may need to keep certain information longer to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us at info@agaia.life with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and including the email address used to register in the app.

We will verify the request and delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain certain information by law.
